  • Semi Private Training

    Training with others is a great way to stay motivated and ensure a social environment for your workouts. Too many people in a group, however, can often mean your needs aren’t being catered for and your fitness goals not being reached. This is why semi private group training is a great choice.

    Training with like-minded individuals creates a great atmosphere for progression, and knowing that you’ll still get the attention you need in a smaller group - and therefore achieve the results you’re looking for - is an almost perfect blend. Your trainer won’t be constantly distracted because of the size of the class, and it allows you to progress with success in a fantastic environment.

    Semi private group training will give you a level of support you’ve not experienced before and, best of all, it comes from people who are just like you. An educated and knowledgeable trainer may be leading proceedings, but you’ll also have a network of friends that you can help and who will help you. What better way to burn fat, build muscle and reach the level of fitness you’ve always dreamed of?

  • Strength & Conditioning

    Strength and conditioning training is more than just lifting weights. Based around numerous activities that can increase and enhance your performance, you’ll be challenged in countless ways, be that running, jumping, testing your agility, strengthening your core or improving your endurance.

After being diagnosed with Epilepsy at the age of 17 he knew it would be his overall health and wellbeing that would keep him alive. So when you think he doesn't understand you, he walks the walk and talks the talk. He is an Ambassador for @FitFluential, was an Ambassador/Trainer for Reebok (2014) and has written many articles as an Expert Contributor for Men's Fitness Magazine/HumanFit Project, Spartan Race Training Magazine, Stack Magazine, Unconventional Athletes, and TRAINHEROIC. Freddie Pulver lost nearly 100 pounds with the help of FitFluential Ambassador, owner of Frazier Fitness Dominic Frazier.
They had known each other for a few years but only through social media. Freddie reached out to Dominic who had him implement AdvoCare and the 24 Day Challenge. At first, Dominic was unsure if Freddie would follow through since they had only met online and had just a few phone conversations. Little did he know, Freddie was overly driven and insanely focused. After 10 days of getting the basics down, Dominic designed him a 4 week training program which focused on basic l body building and compound movements and metabolic circuits using free weights and body weight movements. Also implementing unconventional HIIT and conditioning work.
Months later Freddie called Dominic and met up with him. Dominic was blown away. Freddie was 20 pounds shy of 100 pound weight loss and two months later he was just 3 pounds away. Over the year Dominic broke his training into phases to challenge him mentally and physically but also keep him engaged.
Dominic says that Freddie "is overly focused, dedicated and has learned it doesn't take hours on the treadmill, just believing and understanding how his body works."
Currently, Freddie is in the process of becoming a registered dietician and fitness is a part of his daily routine. He has a desire to help others with similar goals and we are certain he will use this passion to change lives. Currently Freddie has lost over 100lbs and even completed BattleFrog Obstacle Course race and Spartan Race with his trainer.
He also has taken it upon himself to know help others get in better health through telling his own story

It hasn't effected my life other than just getting frustrated with not losing weight and feeling better. I'm not a person who eats their feelings. I felt frustrated.
