I have come a long ways since i started my journey training with Frazier Fitness, now i am a sponsored athlete as a bodybuilder and JiuJitsu practicioner. They had known each other for a few years but only through social media. Freddie reached out to Dominic who had him implement AdvoCare and the 24 Day Challenge. At first, Dominic was unsure if Freddie would follow through since they had only met online and had just a few phone conversations. Little did he know, Freddie was overly driven and insanely focused. After 10 days of getting the basics down, Dominic designed him a 4 week training program which focused on basic l body building and compound movements and metabolic circuits using free weights and body weight movements. Also implementing unconventional HIIT and conditioning work.
Months later Freddie called Dominic and met up with him. Dominic was blown away. Freddie was 20 pounds shy of 100 pound weight loss and two months later he was just 3 pounds away. Over the year Dominic broke his training into phases to challenge him mentally and physically but also keep him engaged.
Dominic says that Freddie "is overly focused, dedicated and has learned it doesn't take hours on the treadmill, just believing and understanding how his body works."
Currently, Freddie is in the process of becoming a registered dietician and fitness is a part of his daily routine. He has a desire to help others with similar goals and we are certain he will use this passion to change lives. Currently Freddie has lost over 100lbs and even completed BattleFrog Obstacle Course race and Spartan Race with his trainer.
He also has taken it upon himself to know help others get in better health through telling his own story

2. How did your struggle and frustrations affect your life? What did you feel like before you made your transformation? Didn't really affect my life so much, but I was a little irritated that I was not losing weight fast enough considering I worked out everyday.

3. How did our program help you? I was able to target areas correctly, and perform the right exercise on the appropriate day. Before the program, I just did whatever exercises I felt like doing, but after the program, I knew what exercises needed to be done the next day and thereafter.

4. How is life different for you now? I am more disciplined in the gym. I know how to target muscles and work on my full body.

It hasn't effected my life other than just getting frustrated with not losing weight and feeling better. I'm not a person who eats their feelings. I felt frustrated.
